Video Account Manager
Description:
SupersonicAds is hiring a Video Manager ready to play a key role in expanding our Video Affiliate Network business. The Video Account Manager will work on the integration of new Video CPV Advertisers, and work with current US-Based accounts to ensure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately. The Video Account Manager will also manage existing Video Network campaigns. This position entails focus on Video CPV Campaign management through campaign performance, analysis and campaign optimization.
Responsibility:
- Take full control of the US-Based CPV Advertisers – new integrations and campaign optimization
- Technical integration of New Advertisers and providing them with Pixel/Callback tracking and testing tags
- Manage video campaigns on Ad Severing Platform from integration through launch.
- Perform ongoing Optimization of video campaigns to ensure quality to the Networks/Advertisers
- Assist in the technical aspects of CPV Video Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance to the Advertiser
- Reconcile Advertiser accounts on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in CPM or Video Related Activities

Brand Advertising Sales Manager
Description:
The Brand Advertising Sales Manager will focus on in-game brand-engagement and video ad sales efforts, working with US based agencies and direct clients.
Responsibility:
- Approach digital agencies and brands in the US, educate them about in-game advertising, social games and CPE/V models, work on RFPs/briefs and generate a pipeline of insertion orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all personal levels with agencies and direct clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the account’s organization, needs and revenue potential.
- Help develop local marketing initiatives and participate in industry events
- Represent SupersonicAds with the highest level of integrity
Requirements:
- Based in NYC
- At least 3 years of online ad sales experience, including proven accomplishments, an up to date book of clients and strong relationships with agencies and advertisers in NYC.
- At least 5 years of experience in goal oriented sales positions.
- Video ad sales experience, working either for a large video publisher or video ad network – significant advantage
- Active in industry trade and networking events

Direct Response Sales Manager
Description:
The direct response sales manager will focus on direct CPA and Direct Response ad sales efforts, working with direct advertisers and agencies to launch and manage their campaigns across the SupersonicAds network.
Responsibility:
- Approach new advertisers, present the SupersonicAds in-game solutions and publisher network, and generate a pipeline of insertion orders..
- Lead campaign management, targeting and optimization. This does not include campaign trafficking, reporting and tech support which are managed through our Ad Operations team in London.
- Manage direct advertiser relationships to increase business, initiate special promotions and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in goal oriented sales positions

This individual’s primary mandate will be to identify, prioritize and close relevant mobile game developers and publishers that make games for mobile and tablet devices ( iOS, Android).

- Develop an active pipeline of relevant leads and opportunities amongst the thousands of video game and app developers in the market and become an expert in identifying the most relevant targets with the highest earning potential.

- Create a sales pitch and presentation that far exceeds that of the competition using a consultative selling approach and simplifying a potentially complex technical integration process.
