Gil is an experienced online media executive. Prior to Supersonicads Gil was VP Media at Adsmarket. Prior to Adsmarket Gil was General Manager of Metacafe International Media, Metacafe’s sales international sales arm.

Arik Czerniak: COO & Co-Founder
Arik is an experienced online entrepreneur. Prior to Supersonicads he was founding CEO of Metacafe, an Accel and Benchmark funded company.
Arik Holds a BSc. In Mathematics, Computer Science & Physics and an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a graduate of the prestigious Israeli DoD program – Talpiot.
Arad Naveh: Board Member
Arad, a General Partner with Benchmark Capital, is a U.S. and Israeli citizen, has extensive operating and venture capital experience in both Silicon Valley and Israel. Arad's Investment interests include Enterprise S/W, Digital Media, Networking and Internet Infrastructure. Prior to joining Benchmark, Arad was a director of business development at Cisco, where he was responsible for investment and M&A activity in Israel.
Before Cisco, Arad was the founder and CEO of Class Data, which was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. In the ten years prior to joining Class Data, Arad held executive positions in U.S. corporations. He also served as a staff engineer in the Electronics Research Lab of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Arad holds a BSc Cum Laude in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Yoram Snir : Board Member
Yoram is a General Partner with Greylock Israel and joined Supersonicads’ board after Greylock’s investment in 2011. Prior to Greylock, Yoram led the corporate international business development team at Cisco, responsible for its acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships efforts in Europe, Asia Pacific and Israel as well as in the global service provider technology space. Before Cisco, Yoram was with ClassData Inc, a company that developed and marketed software for policy-based provisioning of differentiated services over IP networks. The company was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Prior to Classdata Yoram held several management positions with other companies.
Yoram is currently a member of the board of Celeno, MySupermarket, Wanova, Aeroscout, and WebCollage. Yoram also served on the board of Fiberxon (acquired by MRV corporation), Bitband (acquired by Motorola) and Topio (acquired by NetApp) and represented Cisco on the board of Actona (acquired by Cisco), Riverhead Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems) and Personeta.
Yoram holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and Recanatti at Tel Aviv University and B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.

Michael van Swaaij: Investor
After starting out in the microelectronics industry Dutch born Michael van Swaaij joined Bertelsmann AG, Europe’s largest media company, initially in its music, TV and movies unit in 1994 as Director New Technologies advising on investment opportunities in the field of media. He joined one such investment, the Bertelsmann - America Online joint-venture in Europe in 1995, became Regional Managing Director. He joined eBay in 1999 to build and manage eBay’s European operations through green-field start-ups and acquisitions, resulting in Europe’s largest ecommerce business.
In 2005 Michael became Chief Strategy Officer for eBay Inc responsible for defining the strategic direction for the eBay Inc group of companies (eBay, PayPal, Skype) reporting to then CEO Meg Whitman. In 2007 Michael took on the interim CEO position at Skype and then became its Chairman until its sale in December 2009.
Michael holds a master degree from the Technical University of Twente, a PhD from the Catholic University in Leuven and a MBA from INSEAD. He is on the advisory board of Cambridge University Judge Business School.
